I had a great stay at this hotel! The service staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during my visit, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, close to Jesmond Metro station and just a short trip away from central Newcastle, surrounded by a vibrant area with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, offering a comfortable experience. The dining options were varied, though a bit disorganized at times. Overall, a lovely hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was tastefully furnished, clean, and spacious, but the dark and dingy ambiance with peeling wallpaper and hanging curtains was a letdown. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, but the noise level from an extra large bed was too high. The location in the student area of Jesmond was generally nice and quiet, close to amenities, but the refurbishment seemed needed. Dining was of high standard and a great value, however, the price didn't seem justified. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offered very clean rooms, ideal for my friend with mobility issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Checking room details is recommended for similar standards. However, some areas looked tired. Overall, a worth-it choice.
When I opened the door, the room was more spacious than expected, but the bedroom lighting was terrible. The late-night noise from other guests was a bit of a downside. Overall, the room was lovely and spacious.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big and lovely, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room. The staff provided excellent service, always welcoming and helpful. The location is great, with a pub and restaurant nearby. The freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight. However, the price paid for a superior room did not match the small, crowded, and dirty space I received with some faulty appliances.
